Come Play With Me in the Mojo Dojo
A 2 hour session to learn a variety of natural primal movement exercises. It’s like a personal training session, with breaks to learn how these movements relate to exercising all systems of the body, gut health, longevity and more. The movements mimic how we have evolved moving in nature, and may include Tai Chi, chi gong and yoga, using the environment creatively for healthy movement, and focuses on a variety of strength training, flexibility, balance and coordination exercises.
This session is designed to be fun and playful, while educational and inspirational. The focus is on learning movements you can do at home, work or anywhere you choose. If you’re not into or can’t go to the gym, or other fitness options, these are the movements for you.
2 hour session: $150 at my location – recommended
