Well, here I am again back up in the air, flying back home to Brisbane. It’s a beautiful day and I had a grand time in Port Macquarie, but it’s good to head home again to see my Min, animals and garden. Dorothy had it right when she said ‘there’s no place like home.’

While away, I visited some great friends’ farms to see alpacas, goats, horses, chickens and gardens. I met some great urban farmers with backyards full of fruit trees, vegies and chooks. I had some new food experiences with new friends, great food with old friends, and checked out what’s new in the Hastings region. A change definitely is as good as a holiday, especially if the change is a holiday at the same time.
