produceWorkshop Outline

In the ‘Building A Productive Food Garden’ workshop, Green Dean will share the essential knowledge, skills and motivation you need to design and construct your own garden to produce an abundance of fresh healthy organic produce, including some amazing permaculture and urban farming principles that can increase your yield and enjoyment of food gardening.

With many people, especially families with children, now questioning where our food comes from and how healthy it is, it is so timely and important to embrace something humans have done in all countries and cultures for thousands of years – growing our own food! And it’s not rocket science. With a few myths busted and some handy helpful tips and motivation, anyone can grow some of their own fresh food, including keeping a few chickens for eggs, and much more. Join Green Dean at the Lost Plot Community Garden to learn more, have a laugh and green your thumbs!
