Creature Comforts is our half-day workshop on keeping chickens, ducks, worms and bees, and attracting beneficial wildlife to your garden.

Have you ever wanted to know more about raising your own chickens, ducks, worms and bees in your backyard? Want to attract more beneficial wildlife to your garden?

• Chickens and ducks provide fresh eggs, fertilizer, friendly company and are easy to look after
• Bees provide honey, a valuable pollinating service and are easy to care for
• Worms are essential for healthy soil and composting, and kids love them
• Chickens, ducks, bees and worms are cheap to feed and will improve your health and environment
• Many species of wildlife are also very beneficial to our homes and gardens, and with a little care and awareness, we can attract them, including butterflies, insects, lizards, birds, frogs, bats and even possums

* This is a hands-on workshop. You’ll get to build your own wormfarm and insect habitats to take home with you.
